The Stress Reset Buttons

January
5

Stress is currently at a all time high in America, and possibly the highest in the whole history of humanity. Stress is highly destructive to the mind, body and human spirit as it literally opposes proper and free function. While our culture subtly leads us to "be the victim" and view stress as an outside force, it is paramount that we "take back the reins" and learn what can be done to minimize stress from the inside out.

In this interactive talk, Matthew Fischer, MSPT will gift you with a new, whole, and multi-dimensional way of looking at STRESS, the buzzword of our times. Stress has been a favorite topic of Matthew over his 20 year career as a PT, and thousands can attest to the impact he brings with his integrated approaches, based on the latest applied neuro-physiology and his own innovation.

Come get a fresh and clear understanding of what is really going on inside you and what you can do to drastically reduce the grip stress has on your life. Become aware of the deeper roots of stress and how you can reprogram your nervous system.

You may be surprised to learn, there really is a "stress reset button" that can be tapped in your nervous system...and a whole new path to a more relaxed YOU.

Tech Neck: Life Without Curves

January
28

Special guest, Dr. Brandon Blank will be focusing on the impact of how technology is influencing our body mechanics and how we need to deal with it. We will be going over how today’s society will physically change our posture, our ability to function, and our ability to stay healthy over the course of our lifespan. The hardest problem to fix is not an acute injury, it is a culmination of chronic poor posture or bad habits that build over time. The curves of our spine allow a multitude of different functions. Without the proper alignment, we suffer with chronic stress every day.

During this presentation we will learn about how technology is reshaping not only how we communicate, but how our body develops and breaks down throughout our lifespan.
